	* target-delegates.c: Rebuild.
	* target.c (update_current_target): Don't inherit or default
	to_upload_trace_state_variables.
	* target.h (struct target_ops) <to_upload_trace_state_variables>:
	Use TARGET_DEFAULT_RETURN.
