Remove unnecessary XMALLOC definitions.
XMALLOC is defined in defs.h. Tested by building with --enable-targets=all. gdb/ 2013-08-09 Pedro Alves <palves@redhat.com> * avr-tdep.c (XMALLOC): Delete macro. * cli/cli-dump.c (XMALLOC): Delete macro.
