* config/tc-mips.c (mips_ip): Maintain argument count.

	* gas/mips/mips32-sf32.s, gas/mips/mips32-sf32.d: New test for odd
	single precision FPRs on MIPS32.
	* gas/mips/mips.exp: Run them.
