Add target_ops argument to to_trace_set_readonly_regions

	Add argument.
	(target_trace_set_readonly_regions): Add argument.
	* target.c (update_current_target): Update.
	* remote.c (remote_trace_set_readonly_regions): Add 'self'
	argument.
