gdb/python: add __repr__ for PendingFrame and UnwindInfo

Having a useful __repr__ method can make debugging Python code that
little bit easier.  This commit adds __repr__ for gdb.PendingFrame and
gdb.UnwindInfo classes, along with some tests.
