gdbserver: re-generate configure

I get this diff when I re-generate the configure script in gdbserver,
probably leftovers from e911c6663bb8 ("Require kinfo_get_file and
kinfo_get_vmmap for FreeBSD hosts").

gdbserver/ChangeLog:

	* config.in: Re-generate.
	* configure: Re-generate.
