libctf: add ctf_archive_count

Another count that was otherwise unavailable without doing expensive
operations.

	* ctf-api.h (ctf_archive_count): New.

libctf/
	* ctf-archive.c (ctf_archive_count): New.
	* libctf.ver: New public function.
