Revert earlier delta adding bfd_coff_get_internal_extra_pe_aouthdr() function.

* cofflink.c (bfd_coff_get_internal_extra_pe_aouthdr): Delete.
	* libbfd-in.h (bfd_coff_get_internal_extra_pe_aouthdr): Remove
	prototype.
	* libbfd.h: Regenerate.
