	* target-delegates.c: Rebuild.
	* target.c (update_current_target): Don't inherit or default
	to_region_ok_for_hw_watchpoint.
	* target.h (struct target_ops) <to_region_ok_for_hw_watchpoint>:
	Use TARGET_DEFAULT_FUNC.
