Simon Marchi 29363cfa40 gdb: remove file_handler typedef 
Remove the typedef (unneeded with C++).  Re-format the comments to
follow the more common style.

gdbsupport/ChangeLog:

	* event-loop.c (struct file_handler): Remove typedef, re-format.
