VMFrame.java: Update to Classpath 0.91.

* gnu/classpath/jdwp/VMFrame.java: Update to Classpath 0.91.
        * gnu/classpath/jdwp/VMIdManager.java: Likewise.
        * gnu/classpath/jdwp/VMMethod.java: Likewise.
        * gnu/classpath/jdwp/VMVirtualMachine: Likewise.
        * gnu/classpath/jdwp/natVMFrame.java: New file.
        * gnu/classpath/jdwp/natVMMethod.java: New file.
        * gnu/classpath/jdwp/natVMVirtualMachine.java: New file.
        * Makefile.am (nat_source_files): Add new filles.
        * Makefile.in: Regenerated.
