ObjectStreamClass.java (ensureFieldsSet): New method.

	* java/io/ObjectStreamClass.java (ensureFieldsSet): New method.
	(setFields): call ensureFieldsSet.
	(fieldsSet): New field.
	* java/io/ObjectOutputStream.java (writeFields): Call
	osc.ensureFieldsSet().

	* java/io/ObjectInputStream.java (parseContent): Assign the handle
	for a PROXYCLASSDESC immediately after reading the marker.
