URLClassLoader.java: Removed.

	* java/net/URLClassLoader.java: Removed.
	* gnu/java/net/loader/Load_gcjlib.java: New file.
	* gnu/gcj/runtime/BootClassLoader.java: Ensure core
	URL handler is present in static executables.
	* sources.am, Makefile.in: Rebuilt.
