ResourceBundle.java (getClassContext): Removed.

* java/util/ResourceBundle.java (getClassContext): Removed.
	(Security): New class, extends SecurityManger.
	(getBundle): Use Security.getCallingClassLoader instead of
	getClassContext.
	* java/util/natResourceBundle.cc: Removed.
